Excellent food. I hire them to cater an annual event. Phenomenal food.
The combination of the flavorful woods used, the choice meats that are selected for smoking together with the right balance of the marinades, rubs and sauces make for the perfect overall experience. Now for the smoked almonds...one word - fabulous!
