After numerous phone calls back and forth to the general manager John, the situation was resolved and I am happy to report he made things right with my son. Thanks to all of you who suggested we speak with him as things were rectified in a very positive manner!
I would not have brought a bad review all the way to the BBB site until this company's Used Car Sales Director, Kyle Elder, called and texted me directly after I told him to not contact me ever again. First, he started calling the buyers I co-signed for trying to get them to speak with me about reviews I have recently left. Do NOT buy a car from here. Their service department is a joke and have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for you, your time, and your needs. When I first purchased my vehicle, it was a great place to go to and I was taken care of. The issues began when I purchased my second vehicle and had to sign MULTIPLE loan contracts because what I was told wasn't included, they left off GAP, and Then told me that I needed to find a way to get in there to sign while still balancing my work schedules for BOTH of my jobs.
