Tried renting with this company and had a roommate drop out at lease signing due to an unforeseen and forced relocation by his job. No problem, had a back up roommate to take his place the exact same day even though i was handling the matter from out of state. Was dealing previously with James and he completely stopped responding to my messages and would not send a new application to add the new roommate to the lease. Terrible construction company. They can dig up the street but they can’t properly fix it. Can only imagine what that says about the quality of their homes. Their phone doesn’t take calls either not a very reputable company
Great group of people. Highly recommend!
