Bought a b t cruiser from Wayne. Generally happy with the sale. Before leaving the lot, I should have actually operated each system myself, for I am having trouble with the water heater. I finally found the bypass valve that allowed water to be pumped into the heater, but the igniter isn’t snapping and the propane isnt flowing. The Stream RV team is professional, helpful, and highly capable! I came in with a large converted vehicle onto which they installed solar panels and replaced the battery system. I can now get super accurate info on power collection and usage, which has been nothing short of game changing. Plus, the upgraded battery system and cabling is much safer. Over the last year I have taken our 2022 Thor Four Winds class C and now our 2019 Newmar Canyon Star class A for service at Stream RV. I love this place. They do outstanding work... best of breed service in my opinion. We mainly work with Chris and Steve... and Jennifer is always available to help when needed.
