I love this office! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. The doctors are very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. Great find for my family and I, we will be returning! Thanks!
Very poor with keeping appointments. I have had problems with almost all my appts, they either got changed without my knowledge or moved. Last Monday I showed up, was told the hygienist I was to see does not work anymore. Made appt for today, Friday 2/9/18 11:00 am; showed up, and was told that my appt was at 10.00am. Only thing I got from staff was 'sorry'. Took time off work for nothing, very unhappy with their service.
I know I've given them a difficult time previously, and we started off on the wrong foot, but my deep cleaning wasn't as bad as I had expected. Yes, my teeth are bad after 12 years avoiding the dentist like the plague. They had their work cut out for them. Phantom appointment scheduling seems to be improving, also. I dislike having an appt scheduled for me without discussing it. I live over an hour away, without traffic.
My son is 13 years old and Autistic (high-functioning). Things like going to the drs or dentist are a bit more of a struggle for him. We went in yesterday to have a tooth evaluated cause i thought he had a cavity. He had 3, and so i made the choice to have them fixed right then, while we were there. My son freaked out, there were tears. Dr. Chin was awesome and very calm and gentle while she was doing the work. Her assistant, Ashley, was AMAZING!! I have been going here for years.....Really like the staff. It is a teaching dental group so they always have the newest and best equipment.....Everyone smiles! and they are super gentle and caring!
