This is not our first time using Strawberry, and it won't be the last. Every single time we have called, they staff has done their best to fit us in. Today our fridge went out. We called at 4:00 on a Friday, and were able to be seen within 45 minutes. The tech came out and quickly made the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Strawberry to any friend or family member in need of assistance!
