The repairman arrived when he said he would, actually early. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and told us the date he would be back. Again, he arrived on time, and quickly fixed our freezer.

Rick and Ryan came to my house today during the time I expected them. They called 30 minutes before they were to arrive. They quickly told me that my issue was still under warranty and how to handle the situation. I was so comfortable with what they told me (I need explanations to be logical and it was exacctly that). I will never call another repair service. These guys rock. They are 6 stars in my book.

I have used Strawberry Appliance for over 25 years. The prices are good and the service is great. I like the walk in, purchase what I need, and go home an repair my self. They have always had the parts I needed, even ice makers for old model freezers. They have never let me down.

Called for service and they were out within a day or two. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I set up an appointment last week on Thursday for four oclock. They didn't show and didn't call. I called them and they apologized and moved the appointment back to Friday. They still didn't show and still didn't call. However this time they wouldn't answer my call and still won't. I understand that things come up, but when I'm sitting around waiting on you to show I can't do other things I need to do. At least have the common courtesy to call to let me know you can't come.
