This company is not customer friendly. Definitely ask about all their policies regarding product exchange and returns if you buy from them. Some unopened product can only be returned for exchange within 60 days, after which even an account credit is not possible. If returning product, the sales tax you paid is not returned back. The company tells you to file for a refund yourself with your accountant. I've never heard of such a thing. I have been working with Straumann for almost 10 years now. The company and products are exceptional. Our local reps (Calgary, AB) are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I have been to the factory and also seen the rigor in production, which is why I believe they are the industry standard.
