I am trying to order impression copings and the phone number that is listed here dead ends after going through the prompts. There must be another phone number . . . .
I made a mistake working with this lab. I buy their implants, and associated products. Customer service is abysmal to non existent. Their rep's are condescending and entitled and don't value their customers business. This happens because customer service agents are outsourced by department and they are not aware of the operation flow from the end user. Each agent is only focused on one concept.
