I made a mistake working with this lab. I buy their implants, and associated products. Customer service is abysmal to non existent. Their rep's are condescending and entitled and don't value their customers business. This happens because customer service agents are outsourced by department and they are not aware of the operation flow from the end user. Each agent is only focused on one concept. This company's customer service has gotten into the lower level because they laid off all their experience representatives in the US. And replaced them with a bunch of rookies in Costa Rica for cheap labor.
