This company's customer service has gotten into the lower level because they laid off all their experience representatives in the US. And replaced them with a bunch of rookies in Costa Rica for cheap labor.
The customer service rep JOSH is horrible. They need better training because the service ALONE is enough to never ever want to purchase any product from this company ever again. HE WAS CONDESENDING, UNCLEAR AND DID NOT PROVIDE accurate information. We were given an amount that would be charged for an EXCHANGE order. He asked for me to confirm that last 4 of our CC.
