I just spent an hour waiting for an order that I went to pick up and they screwed up the size of the implant I waited an hour. I don’t even know what to say. I love the implants, but wow. I actually want to stop using the product due to the substandard customer service
This company is not customer friendly. Definitely ask about all their policies regarding product exchange and returns if you buy from them. Some unopened product can only be returned for exchange within 60 days, after which even an account credit is not possible. If returning product, the sales tax you paid is not returned back. The company tells you to file for a refund yourself with your accountant. I've never heard of such a thing.
