The nurse “Ruby” basically just let a student into the office without my consent while discussing my personal details. Very very very rude. This is an invasion of my privacy and my basic rights as human.
They give me the impression that they do not care about you, they are only here for the paychecks, especially some of the nurse assistants and nurse practitioners. I will not recommend this clinic.
The workers do NOT care!! There's a Kaiser in Kapolei too, and I urge those who feel the same to switch to kaiser because they are much more professionaland & much kinder. At least that is what I will do for the next year.
They should close earlier. Advertising that you are open until 8pm, but not taking patients because testing has closed down for the night? I arrived at 7:30 after checking online to see it was still open until 8pm. I was not anticipating any tests. How does one test for chest congestion? I just wanted a doctor to listen to my chest. We were told by the "open" clinic receptionist to go to the emergency room if it could not wait until tomorrow. How exactly does a receptionist know if a patient needs testing or not?
