Terrible service. My appointment was at 2:30 pm with the orthopedist and they asked me to arrive at 1:30 pm. They put me in the room and I waited until 3:40 pm. I went to ask for the doctor and the girl told me that he is seeing another patient. But if you want to leave... You can go and call to reschedule. I went back to the room and until now the doctor has not shown up. Now it is 4 pm and he has not shown up. And I am still hearing the nurse say "Let her wait" how absurd and disrespectful to the patients.
