We came here for a PT appointment for my aunty the other day. It has been several years since I've visited this clinic and much has changed. For instance, while there might be a little less parking, it's way easier to get around the parking lot now. Had a drug test with Dr. Kusaka & he was very condescending, didn’t really have much care in his voice. When he called me & offered me options. He said that “it doesn’t matter because the report will be the same” absolute horrible way to tell somebody that just failed a drug test, and when I tried to do a 2nd re-test of the same sample. I needed another CT scan, and had been advised to ask for a wheelchair at valet parking. A very helpful attendant named Nicholas cut through the delays and confusion by identifying me and pulling a wheelchair up to the car. He was so friendly! He pushed me to the X-ray check-in counter, waited for confirmation, and then kindly parked me right by the CT scan door.
