The company came back out and did a great job in making things right and cleaning the floors, rugs and grout as planned. They made it right and because of that I would hire them again to do more work!
Subpar services at best. We hired them to clean grout and clean the mats in a shop office. They used a floor buffer to clean the grout and only cleaned 1/8th of what was to be done. They took a video of that spot and putting water on the mats. The grout was black when they started and black when they left, there were footprints from the previous day that were still there so the other areas were not done. Where they did clean it was sticky. The cleaners have been very professional. The office management is diligently checking in with us on our satisfaction.
Stratus has serviced our business exceptionally well. Whenever I had an issue they called right away and helped rectify the situation. Would recommend to anyone.
