Same day estimate, worked with the at-fault's insurance company, did the repair exactly when he said he would do it and did a great job, just like new. Stratos could not possibly have provided any better service.
Actually found alot more damage than the other place that did the claim. He got under the car and opened the trunk where as the other place just took outside pictures and said if there's more work we will contact the insurance and they will cover it.🤦 Strats body shop did a great job on taking pictures of all the damage that was done. Plislovedtjepart were I could show up at anytime even without calling. I did and he took care of everything. Great job and a big thumbs up.
He helped me understand the work throughs with the deductibles when my insurance didn't. He was good and professional, and worked out a deal for my vehicle. Great service, highly recommend.
