After giving Stratix another chance - my only suggestion to you is to avoid this company like the plague. Also, do not ever purchase any printers from Ricoh as they will not stand behind their products. After having this printer for less than 1 year, a Stratix employee told us we needed a new drum unit and they wanted to overcharge us for it.
