Good proximity to Westwood Village and UCLA. Good location for someone who doesn’t drive a personal vehicle. Would probably be decently quiet if you are not in an apartment adjacent to Veteran Avenue. Communicating with Stephen, the property manager, has been a fantastic experience, as he seems very responsive and caring. We rented a 1b 1ba unit for $2195. Nice building, good location. The manager here who I worked with, Stephen, was the most friendly and helpful apartment manager I've met.

Well if you are student and want a quit place to study and to get rest this is an ideal place. This is my second quarter here. I really liked it. Last year I lived on Gayley there is too much noise from the frat. Here other than environmental noise form cars and stuffs you hear nothing. The manager Stepheny really cares about tenants. Overall, it is a good place to stay.
