Stratford Villa – Lived in the park for 2 years and it was actually a very pleasant experience. When we moved in we had the orange water but that has been FIXED and it is now clear! Very well maintained and pleasant residents. The clubhouse and the pool are great benefits to have. Moving out into a house now but overall happy with the park.
stratford villa – Lived here about 8 years. Water is brown and not useable for anything. (we were promised city water about 3 years ago, and have been paying for city water for 3 years years but still dont have it and probably never will) Manager is also the home salesman. so unless you are buying a home or live near one he is trying to sell, you cannot get any help from management. park has really gone downhill in last few years, with rent going up and amenities down to almost nothing.
User review by monkey49 – My family lived in Stratford Villa for 10 years. Lot rent went up every year. We had horrible well water, I had to take white laundry to my moms or it would turn orange. Then they started charging for the nasty water! We were paying about $60/month for orange water! Would not recommend this community!!
