Lived here for over two years. Big mistake--couldn't wait to get out. As soon as our lease was up we sold and moved. Half of the homes in here are from the seventies, and the ones that aren't are in disrepair. Don't be fooled by their website--there are no "winding roads". Just old, broken asphalt. Our neighbors were disgusting and the management was not helpful in anything we had issues with. The park manager is lazy and uncaring towards residents. PROSTITUTES – Lived in the park for 3 years, always had trouble with management. Doug, Karen are hateful rude people. Now we find out that the prostitutes from Craigs list are visiting in the park..Keep an eye on your children...

Another Opinion – I really guess it depends on who writes these things. I have lived in the park for over 5 yrs. My family enjoys living here. I guess every where you live there are problems. But as long as you follow the rules and take pride in you home and the yard. You wont have any problems. But then again, if your lazy and dont care. Then you will be remineded to keep your home and yard looking nice. Me like many others dont want to live next to a pig, that keeps there yard a mess and never cleans it. how true – I have friends who live in stratford villa, 2 years ago we watched the people who work ing the office. shoot off fire works over the pond, yet no one got in trouble. The people who work and live in the park get away with violating all rules of the park. HELL HOLE – Doug is the worst person to deal with. I bought my first place from him and the heat wasn't working, he kept telling me that he would send someone out to look at it. 2 weeks after someone was supposed to come look at my it my furnace caught on fire. He lies about everything, not to mention they are selling condemned homes. They charge you for city water but it tastes like its well. Worst Place to Live Ever!!! Very Money hungry, unfriendly staff! – Not safe for kids!!! The staff is so lazy, and rude, you wouldn't believe it!!! If you live here I could garantee a violation at least once a month!!! They give you violations for everything possible, anyway they can get your money they will!!!!! Horrible management – My wife and I lived in Stratford Villa for 5 years. Each year we lived there, the park got worse. The manager is Doug, he's worthless, unless you are buying a trailer there he doesn't care. The park is over-run with pedophiles and criminals of every kind imaginable. I was always armed when I would walk my dog in the evening. We truly hated living in Stratford Villa, very depressing to see old, neglected trailers and scummy people every day. Avoid This Mobile Home Park – I had searched for a home here, then been told by my friends and people who live here not to buy. There were so many complaints against the management. , my friends had legitimate complaints and when they went to the office, nothing was ever done, the water is horrible, play area's are in bad shape and dangerous. Lots of rif raf hanging around. Bad invironment for children.

Unfriendly staff/management – Staff/management is unfriendly and unhelpful. Complaints are not addressed/resolved. Residents just recently got city water (but for 3 years they made us pay for city water even though we had well water). Park rules aren't enforced consistently (maybe management is playing favorites?). Limited on number of pets you can have (and they charge you 'rent' for each pet even though you OWN the home you live in).
