This company is racist and discriminatory. They make verbal promises then claim that they never said what they said. Not only does management and office staff do this but so does their lawyer. They give special treatment to people they like, they don't stay up on grounds, the repairs and apartments are definitely not worth the cost especially with the low level of customer service. We've also tried settling issues with Regional Management, Renae Van Daveer and we've seen that she is the problem. We lived at another property ... read more
This place is horrible! They will screw you over definitely DO NOT RENT HERE. Numerous neighbors complained about their management many other people including us have expierienced so many problems. They will not value you as a tennant and you will get SCREWED OVER in the end. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!
