RecommendedMy family and I lived in the Stratford Station apartments for about a year. We are a military family and move around a lot. Shelly in the leasing office worked with us on our strict schedule and moving needs. It was a wonderful place to live. We enjoyed the location, the pool and bbq area, and the landscaping. The maintenance employees were friendly and very efficient on fixing everything quickly. We would have stayed longer but we moved into a house for our growing family. Two thumbs up for this place!
Great small home feel with awesome staff! Pool area and fire pit are the best!
I enjoyed living here for almost 19 months. I like that it is a small community compared to others in the area. If I wasn't moving to a house I would have stayed. I do suggest that you live on the top floors; less noise and you get some exercise each day.
I've lived here for about a year, and am staying another 14 months. I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes over the years and this is one of the best! The management is great. Any problem I've had they've helped me with immediately (I've mostly dealt with Ashley and Shelly and they're both wonderful). Usually the office staff is nice only until you sign the lease, but that hasn't been the case here. Absolut nightmare to live here! I got my car towed twice in front of my building because I was not provided parking passes. My dog cut its paw on broken glass on the property. Old and squeaky units, very noisy - neighbors above me have two boxers who run wild in the house making everything shake and rattle in my apartment day and night. Staff is forgetful and condescending (Ashely) although they are all smiles they do absolutely nothing to help. I wrote the Greystar manager twice with no reply.
