I was able to live in this place and they halfway put the place together for my family and I to live in. From day one I had been calling about things getting fixed and still nothing. Power outage in master bedroom bedroom, mold in freezer,clogged sinks and refrigerate door broke dead bugs. Every time I call about issues they would say that it will be fixed and nothing. A waste of your time – I applied to Stratford Place Apartments in the beginning of February and was told I was next on the list to get an apartment and that I had already been approved. Well after a few weeks passed by I gave them a call and was told they would be in contact with me when an apartment became available. False Promises – I went in to lease an apartment on 9/9/09 and was advised that I Would be advised with in 48 hours if I was accepted or not. I then was told that it would take another 24/48 hours due to not recieving information from my spouses employer. Then I was told it would take another week for the decision on if we were accepted for this apartment.
