I dont live here but i stayed a night at my friends townhome and theres these people possibly a family of 5-6. Theyre always arguing with the kids that play outside and encouraging them to fight, it be the parents that allow them. Gets really loud and obnoxious. I believe they live in the townhome facing the out of business Tim Hortons. Search again, this is not it. We were in a hurry so we started living here at the end of last year. Not a good decision The apartment will be nice and clean when you start living on your first day. But watch closely, there are big red flags. Dishwasher doesn't work, fridge compartement are broken and fridge s door won't close. The outside is absolutely a nightmare, absolutely dirty. The new management team at Aspire Apartments are amazing Brittany and Jamie are attentive and really care about the residents! The head maintenance man Mark is literally a 1 man army when he tells you he is coming to fix something you better believe that is exactly what is going to happen!
The new management at Aspire Apartments are awesome. They take great care of their residents. The office managers Brittany and Jamie are very kind and attentive to your needs, and their head maintenance man Mark is the best!
Live here and there's no security lighting. Cars stolen regularly, Grounds are covered with goose waste. ,etc.
