I have lived here since January. I have NOT had any problems living here. It's very quite maintenance is on there job when I put in a work order it gets attended to within a day or two no longer. If there are any damages to the building it gets addressed and repair for our safety. During the winter when it snows salt was on the stairs and in the morning they shoveled the snow off the stairs and the pathway for our safety.
