A loved one of mine has been in the skilled nursing at Stratford twice now after hospital stays. They really like it, as do we. Such nice, welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff there. They've taken very good care of them! We like it so much, we are looking at their Assisted Living as well. Beautiful and peaceful property too.
After moving in, I would say all communications stops. It takes a lot to get a little done
Denis is the absolute best manager I have had to deal with in a very long time. Somehow i had a gut feeling that Denise would make things happen and she did. She got me out of a HUGE bind and stepped in the come save the day. I seriously could not be any more thankful to her, than i was that day. I made sure I found out if there was anything i could do for her to help her out, because of what a tremendous job she did in helping a complete stranger. Thank you Denise!
My mother has been in Stratford court for a year now Morgan is the best person in the entire place She is caring compassionate always there when you need her and is on top of everything I thank my lucky stars for her
some people say "all assisted living facilities are alike..." I can flat out tell you that isn't the case for my elderly parent at Stratford Court. This is their second experience in Boca Raton, and even though the two places are similar in price, Stratford is SO MUCH BETTER! Everything from the culture of the staff members, all the way up to the GM, who is wonderful, to the chef/kitchen staff, and the nurses/caregivers are exactly what you would hope your parent experiences in their final years and limited time with us.
