Very dishonest. Told by people at HQ and on site that I could get my dad in for 1 month respite. Did the virtual tour with sales rep and says you must do 2 months. A real bait and switch scam.
Just moved my mom into the Stratford & I cannot believe how amazing the transition has been! Tara and Denise were warm and welcoming- they assisted us with apt decisions, provided recommendations for movers and health care professionals in the area. Tara did group video chats with mom and myself (NY) to show us different apts and answer questions. This is a great place. We have 2 friends that live there, and they love it. It is clean, super friendly staff. It is like a cruise ship on land!
