We’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are beautiful.
Beautiful hotel. Exceptional staff. Beautiful restaurant, bar, and theatre downstairs. Very convenient to the train and little stores downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
Never went and stayed at the Strater Hotel.Looked at you facebook Video looks beatyful.I did stay with my aunt that lives in Paqosa Springs C.O. with a friend of mine for a week but we did Visit Drango and shopped around be for we came to Paqsoa Spings we where thinking of staying there night one night.We visited my aunt and for a week just last year all most two years
It is always a special place to stay for us. Had a fabulous time. The Diamond Bell staff were top of the line,entertainment was relaxing, intimate and fun! Front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful! We will be back.

Amazing historic hotel! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the architecture and location. It was like a step back in time to hear the steam train as it pulled back into the station in the evening.
Hotel was beautiful! But I felt we had issue after issue. 1st we asked when we arrived if the staff could place the extra twin bed we request at time of reservation in our room while we were at the polar express, because I knew when we came back the 3 kids would be extremely tired. Came back to room at 10pm and no bed. We waited a extra 45 mins for the bed to be delivered and set up! 2nd the room heater did not work, it stayed about 68 all night.
