The NICE unit that Jonathan from Strategic Medical Supply is a fantastic; comfortable; intuitive; efficient and most effective way to deliver timely and accurate post op cooling for (in my case) a TKA: Total Knee Arthroplasty ("Replacement".) No need to keep stocking a cooler with ice or frozen plastic bottles of water. Not only am I pleased with the Ice machine but the service has been very timely and accurate. This machine saved being dependent on water bottles freezing. Icing is too necessary for joint surgery to play games with icing.
Absolutely top notch and professional.
