The nice Machine was excellent to work with during my recovery. The staff was amazing to work with and contacted me once a week to see if I needed to extend my rental. Would recommend to anyone undergoing a knee replacement, beats the polar ice machine hands down!
The NICE Machine made a world of difference in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. When I was six weeks out from surgery and had my follow up appointment with my doctor, he was very impressed with how there was not much swelling in my knee. I attribute it to the nice Machine I ice my leg all day and night and it made it very easy. I highly recommend this.
I rented a NICE cold compression unit after having a total knee replacement in early July 2026. This unit is a must have for recovery from knee surgery and it was a life saver for me. Strategic Medical provided me excellent service and checked in weekly to see if I would like to extend the rental of the unit. Based on my experience, I give them a 10 out of 10!
The NICE unit that Jonathan from Strategic Medical Supply is a fantastic; comfortable; intuitive; efficient and most effective way to deliver timely and accurate post op cooling for (in my case) a TKA: Total Knee Arthroplasty ("Replacement".) No need to keep stocking a cooler with ice or frozen plastic bottles of water.
