Love this place! My husband and I have been coming here for over 7 years since we started dating! Now we have our first child (10 month old boy) and we just took him today for his first visit. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and truly make your whole experience enjoyable. There is so many things to do for children as well there like the playground, and the smaller childrens train. Wonderful experience. The train was clean, every employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly and went above and beyond expectations.
Really enjoyed our ride today in air conditioned comfort in relaxing swivel chairs. Great ride, terrific narration and nice staff. One of the best parts of our vacation from Massachusetts.
As great as I remember it being as a child! We will definitely be back next year!
I recommend taking the train ride and seeing the Museum.
Nice place to visit and train ride was lovely. However the snack restaurant had a line a mile long and only 2 people working it. All we wanted was a cold drink but all the vending machines were not working. We waited in line over 15 mins and we decided to leave and go somewhere else to get a drink. Missing our chance to check out the gift shops. It was really hot that day too bad people had to wait so long in that line.
Had a really nice time. Train was well maintained. Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the tour and information that was provided. Can't wait to come back and visit again.
Love trains! Fun for the entire family. Been there many times.
