We have been coming here for 4 years for the Day Out with Thomas. Every year our experience is amazing. The staff if super helpful and super friendly except this years incident. We exited the strasburg train and had to cross the tracks to get to the track Percy was on. At the crossing we got stopped because there was a train coming. We continued to stand at the crossing for over 15 minutes waiting for the other trains that were not moving yet. We continued to wait while all the crew and staff members were able to cross. The safety of our guests and employees is our biggest priority, so the crossings are protected when we expect trains to be coming or going. During our Day Out With Thomas events, three separate trains move through this crossing at the top of each hour within a very short amount of time. We went for a bachelorette party and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were so nice and thoughtful. We drove over 2 hours to come and it was worth every minute
