Terrible experience! I am extremely disappointed with Strasbourg rail road. My father in law has stage 4 cancer and due to covid can not make the trip out there. We called as asked for our money to be returned because of our situation and they refused claiming the best they could do is give us a gift card in return.

Strasburg Railroad hosted our wedding ceremony. It was an unbelievably unique and special experience. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, even for last minute requests. It was a wedding to remember for sure!
