Honest delivery time when an order is placed.
Well, you could improve your customer service! I received some webbing several thousand's thinner than advertised. Then was told to modify my project?!? That it was a suppliers fault?!?! I Have ordered from here several times and never had this problem. Never the less, problem was not resolved, I kept the webbing because I was exhausted from emailing back and forth!! Even sent pics! Rule #1 don't piss off your customers Strapworks! I know you could care less, but I have found another supplier.
Two weeks after my order was placed the order was not ready. Their websites says they will contact you if the order is taking longer than expected. However, i was told they were too busy to let me know. It isn't clear on the website that all the orders "made to order". I ended up having to pay extra to get my order done in time for my tip. very frustrating and terrible customer service.

I make purses and totes, so I purchase the #92 bonded polyester thread from Strapworks. The thread is thick and works beautifully in my industrial sewing machine. I highly recommend Strapworks, and will definitely order again in the future.
