I had a great experience meeting Tom and his wife at UTV takeover in Coos Bay. I thought their products looked great and was excited to get an order placed, I waited for the order about 6 weeks before reaching out to see why it wasn't received. a couple days later they reached out and said the order got filed wrong and asked if I could resend my logo.
