I am so happy I found Strapworks! I have only placed two orders so far, but both arrived very quickly. Shipping is so reasonable too. I will definitely be ordering more soon!

After years of a four and five star relationship they have completely moved to one star (or less.) Three screw ups in one order and now we will have trouble fulfilling our orders. As pleasant as they were about it.... it was a disaster. Promises made and not kept. Enough of a disappointment that I will start looking for another supplier, something I did not want to do. Sad to leave but I think I have no choice.

I've been buying from Strapworks for a few years for different projects that needed webbing, parachute cord and Hardware. The have super fast shipping that's pretty cheap, and they always have great prices. I really appreciate their bulk discounts.
I left honest reviews for some cat collar hardware I had purchased, and even took the time to answer the questions other customers had posted over the same hardware. My review and responses were all deleted. Overall highly disappointing and deceptive practices. I will be turning to more honest sources for my needs in the future.

I do not see it on the site, and I even tried unpublishing and republishing it. We do NOT delete reviews here at Strapworks. Here is the review, we appreciate honest feedback and other customers helping each other.
