I had an awesome experience at Stranks Smash Repairs today (Feb 25). Gavan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, and repair solutions for all types of paint/panel damage, an absolute expert in the field. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was shocking, particularly in the way my cousin was treated when she called to ask for information. She was simply trying to get some basic details about the services, but the person who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at her. His tone was condescending, and he made her feel completely stupid for asking legitimate questions. This is a very belated review but I just wish to say Thank You to Gavin, who even though he had Repco rep waiting to talk to him, took the time to look at my car which I had backed into a concrete post, and give me a second option as to the damage and the expected repair cost. He also took the time to look at my NRMA insurance paper and pointed out what the NRMA would provide to me during the time my vehicle was being repaired.
