Not as friendly an atmosphere as one may expect for the prices
I've been a customer of Rochelle's for over 25 years and have NEVER had a bad experience at her shop. She offers suggestions for new hair styles for me and my current hairstyle is the best yet. It is easy to maintain and fits my hair type perfectly. Thanks for your patience with hair like mine (it's not easy to work with).
