I have always had a great experience at Strands and am sorry that Sarah is leaving. I will still have my hair cut at Strands and am looking forward to having Rochelle cut it.
Rochelle is the best. She has been doing hair for thirty years and it shows in her work! I truly look forward to each appointment, because that's *me* time. I know I'll be offered a complimentary stress-relieving treatment, a drink (coffee, tea, water, wine... they're awesome), and anything else I could need. The other ladies there are just as great, the way they reach out and make sure I'm comfortable. Everyone there is super friendly and efficient. Thanks, Strands!
Let's just say Strands is a cut above any salon in this area! Won't let anyone else touch my hair because they actually listen & did what I asked them to do! Elegant without the snobbery & Rochelle Perrio is in a class of her own!
Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door made me feel very comfortable . Rochelle and her staff were great!
Yesterday was the first time I had ever been to strands hair spa. I had been researching a salon that could give me the kind of perm that I wanted, and when I had called, I was assured that they could do it.. Sarah was the genius who worked with me on getting the look that I wanted. We picked out three different size rods and she did such a great job. I am very happy with the results, and I am very grateful for Sarah's hard work. Thank you Sarah!
