I have had Strand since my house was new in 2014. I have always received prompt friendly service. Recently they have gone far above and beyond for my pest issues. I can't express how please I am with the service provided in a stressful situation. I can't see ever leaving this company. Thanks everyone!

Very pleased. Anytime they said they would be here at a certain time they were. I worked for someone that uses them on the new homes being built. These folks are the best. And the young man that did our house was very respectful and did a great job.. Keep up the great work..Remember there will always be someone to find fault.. Look at the years you have been around.. You surely didnt last this long doing shoddy work and ripping people off!
I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about? ST&PC has been very good for us. They show up on time, do what they say, and provide accurate estimates. I'm a Yankee from up North so I'm am used to quality service that is sadly lacking in the Myrtle Beach area. ST&PC and my HVAC service are the only two services that I can religiously count on. After 10 years I have canceled my service due to poor customer service practices. It's a shame the service declined so drastically over the past two years.
