5 stars Recently moved to Myrtle Beach. My neighbors recommended this company. Mylissa was the first person I spoke with. Her assistance was on point. Mo was professional and extremely helpful! Bill was knowledgeable and took the time to explain specific details during his inspection. During today's initial treatment, Geoff exhibited a professional demeanor, explained what would take place, had impeccable manners, and provided outstanding service! I highly recommend this company!

We have been a customer for a little less than ten years. We found obvious termite activity on a Sunday. A service call was placed early Monday morning and a tech was at the house in less than 30 minutes. After lunch, a crew was treating the entire rear of the house. The termites were limited to an exterior threshold support which was easily replaced. They stand behind their work and provide great year around pest services. I have never had a tech arrive that was not professional or willing to explain problems.
We are 15 years customers and paying the same fee and appreciate that there's been no increase. Everyone has been curtious, on time and home bug protected.
Very nice family owned business with very helpful and courteous staff. Would recommend to everyone
Horrible place horrible place to work terrible customer service office manager should be fired has no business in charge of people she has either run off or had people leave than I have ever seen for a small office (Karma will catch them before Harassment in the work place !!
