What a pleasant group of professionals in this place! After a brutal day of prepping up for a colonoscopy, it is no nice to have a very nice group of people to deal with.
Stay away go somewhere else! I had my procedure on June 26.When woke up I was coughing they told me they had to suction me. Got in my car and looked in mirror had a fat lip and cuts in my mouth. Also painful jaw and chin, and jaw cracking. After 3 phone calls and trip to my doctor found out they had to jaw thrust me my breath was irregular. Told my daughter (driver) procedure went great. I can’t understand why they didn’t tell me that day or on phone I had to ask my doc to get information for me.
Lack of communication! What a horrible experience! Having to go through the 2 day fasting, drinking the horrible solution, getting up at 3am to finish the HORRIBLE solution, get to the appointment as scheduled, taken back to start the procedure, and then be told you cannot have the procedure because you have had a stent put in within the past year!! Really!!! The Dr. Who scheduled the appt. Is well aware of the stent placement, the lady who called two days before said procedure was told, ( but denies it). My boyfriend can re... read more
