RecommendedChelse rocks! I was lucky to find her at a salon near my house. When she moved to The Strand Salon and Spa, I tried finding someone else close to my house, but couldn’t find anyone near as good and nice. I was recently filmed for a work project in NY and the make up artist who works with many different television shows commented on the great cut Chelse did. I took my 12 old niece to Chelse a month back. After her cut, which looked incredible, my niece said, “I always want to get my hair cut by Chelse.” I agree!
