Truly a fantastic car dealership with jaw-dropping inventory – This is truly a fantastic car dealership with a jaw-dropping inventory. I've had far too many problems with other dealerships in the dallas area: misleading listings, missing keys, slow turn-around on titles, and other troubles like cars being delivered with scratches or chips caused by the car hauler. Integrity not part of their motto... – On October 18, 2011 we took delivery of a Krystall six passenger Lincoln limousine with only 41K miles from Straight Line Automotive Group. Car Lover's Heaven – If you love cars... specifically exotic and luxury cars then look no further. This place has the most amazing selection of pre-owned luxury cars in the world. Although I did not buy a car on my visit the staff was very helpful and kind answering all my questions and even offering to take me on a test drive. Whenever I get my next promotion I will head to Straight Line to upgrade my vehicle.

Amazing Place and Customer Service – After going into dealership after dealership looking for the "perfect car deal", I finally convinced myself it didn't exist. I stumbled upon Straight Line Automotive's website and fell in love. The only way to adequately describe their showroom is "car heaven". They had every make and model I had only read about in magazines or saw on TV. Although I didn't purchase a $400k Rolls Royce, Straight Line still treated my $35k Mercedes purchase as if I had. BEWARE, and stay away – I have read a comment about this dealer which said: BEWARE! DEALER NOT TRUSTWORTHY! CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BUY! ... I did not heed this message and had to pay for my mistake. Take my advice stay away.
