Made an appointment 4 hours in advance, showed-up, and there were two people still waiting to have their haircut. That's not the way you handle bookings...and I specifically said on the phone that I could come the next day, but he booked me in front of two people. Great barber been coming here for years , always fits you in and on time and very fast, really cares about his craftsmanship and the way the cut comes out. Hands down best barber on Staten Island , i highly recommend
