Can't get out of lease without paying a penalty. We moved in about 5years ago and the property has consistently gone down hill in its attention to the property care and maintenance. Also there is a lack of concern for the needs of the occupants. Maintenance request are often responded to in more than 2 days, and then the repairs are left uncompleted for as much as 3 to 5 day's longer. We are paying for laundry machines and dryers that have at least 2 out of 6 machines non-functionable every week. We moved in with the offer o... read more

Old apartments Apartments are old and falling apart. Other tenants do not take care of apartment property. Pool does not get cleaned much

Awesome Apartment ! I love everything about this apartment ! The view is beautiful here no matter where you look . There is laundry on sight which is great and convenient . There are two large pools ! And whenever you need something fixed maintenance is right there ready to fix whatever it is !
strada apartments are the best these apartments are great for humans and animals, close to freeway entrances and malls stores .. what can I say its in our beautiful orange county

Strada Apartments in Orange Just moved in here! GREAT place to live! Friendly staff, great maintenance, spacious apartments at a great price. Nice, peaceful, quiet setting. Great areas for your dog (or kids!) to run around.

Love living at Strada! My sister and I recently moved to Orange County and we were so nervous about finding a good place to live. We were both moving out of my parents home so it was a new challenge for us. We looked at different places for a few weeks and we came across the Strada in Orange. The ladies at the leasing office were super sweet and the apartments were gorgeous so my sister and I decided to apply for a two bedroom. Strada Apt Strada Apt has a good location its very near to schools, mall, grocery stores, restaurant, banks and everything you want is all there. It is very clean and cozy to live. Management has excellent service. I don't think I will look for any other place to live my family love this place.

Not Really Worth the Money... I've been at our current apartment complex for about 6 years now and to be honest location is probably the only thing it has going for it. They use to have a small gym which was great for a quick run or to do a light weight workout, but they recently took it out to build the world's smallest studio apartment. So now the only amenities are on-site laundry facility and a couple of pools.
