Verified Renter It's really frustrating lately because people aren't cleaning up after their dogs. Children can't run or walk in the grass because of it. Especially people with the large dogs! Looks like cow Pies while walking to the mailbox or car. It's not hard to clean up Especially when the doggie stations are usually right by where they leave the poop!
Verified Renter If I could give no stars, I would. This place is not much different than living in a cardboard box on the street. I can hear rats crawling in the walls. There’s no insulation so it burns up in the summer and freezes in the winter. In the less than three years I lived there, the water was shut off at the MINIMUM, once a month. Verified Renter It’s nice and quiet sometimes and it’s close to shopping centers and freeways. Also there’s two school that they are walking distance . It’s nice and clean .

Verified Renter We are happy living in strada apartments. Its a very good place to live. Its quiet, clean, good maintance all the time. In the office people are very polite and with good attitude.

Verified Renter My apartment is nice. Street parking is almost nonexistent if you have more than one car. Laundry room is good, machines are always operational. Never seen a bug in my apartment which is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to live.
