I have had the pleasure of using Mark Stovall over 200 times in my 36 years of lending in the Austin Area. He is polite and professional and I value his opinion on value and honesty. He knows Austin and his insight is always welcomed. My investors love his work and very rarely asked for revisions. He has my highest recommendation!
I had 3 appraisals done by Mark. Each one differed by 25%. I used 2 other appraisers and they were within 2,000 of each other. This guy does not know city code, he's sloppy and inconsistent. i asked him for a recommendation for a mortgage company. His email reply was "No", so I'm adding "rude" to this review.
