Very knowledgeable and we think we will buy a home from them.
Final walk thru two days before Thanksgiving (2024), issues throughout my house, interior and exterior, that need addressed (constructural). Emails have been one sided, maybe this will get their attention? Not a very happy customer to say the least. Manufacturer too...I will notify them as well. Shameful. Move in date 10.01.2023.
I stopped by on my way through, and Elizabeth approached me. She was such a great agent. She walked me through 5 homes and had such a pleasant personality.
My wife and I have now been in our home for over a year and James with River Bend is STILL helping us out when we need it. They have been amazing to work with from the first time we stopped in almost 2 years ago now. Highly recommend!
James and his entire crew at River Bend Homes has been amazing to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and always kind in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns.
