Horrible experience- never got a call back regarding my application for a rental home, the pet screening delayed the process, then chose another applicant but never told us why. I used a realtor to help me find this home, it was beautiful and everything we needed but they obviously did not care about my ESA animals. I would not recommend this company.
Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Amber has been just wonderful allowing me to take a step back from managing my rental property, dealing with tenants and any issues that crop up and we hope to send more inventory her way in the future! I highly recommend allowing Amber and the team to take the pressure of personally managing your property!
Terrible experience working with this property management. Took 7 months to lease my property. Changed the broker agreement and expected me not to read the contract. Their maintenance contacts are terrible. As an out of state investor, this company cannot be trusted.
Shanna Medrano is the the lady to go to if you want to rent or buy a home. She will go above and beyond to help you. She is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of real estate. She is passionate about her work. I thought I would never find a home and you best believe Shanna did not stop until my family had a place to call home!!!! Thank you Shanna!!!!
