Needed a company to help me rent my home while on deployment. Poor communication and when I requested the $199 fee due to no services provided they claimed it was for doing paperwork and emailing me back and forth. Very upset I lost my hard earned working money. Will never recommend or do any further business. They were grateful and said they would waive the $650 fee they were going to charge me. Do not recommend and find a realtor who will take the time to work with people in the military. Shame on you!
I called to inquire about a property and she very rudely hung up on me. If you don't have the patience to let somebody get half a sentence out, you should not be doing that job. Tells me a lot about your company.
If you are looking for a property management company to manage your rentals, give Story Management a try. Ask for Amber, she is the absolute best! She is very attentive, if there is a problem, she gets to the bottom of it and gets it resolved and she is friendly and very easy to talk to as well. Give her a shout if you are looking for a rental, you won’t be sorry. She is awesome!
So I had an Appointment for a Google Meet today with Amber, I checked in 4 minutes past the start time and was the only one there. I waited and nobody showed up for the meeting so I called the office and got a voicemail. I didn’t leave a voice message. I feel this is bad business all around the board.
