They are wonderful! Very kind and caring staff! They took amazing care of my puppy and went above and beyond to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. My new puppy had some health issues and they got her in right away, on a Saturday! They are very honest and fair with their pricing and give great care. THESE LADIES ROCK 💗

We have been taking our cats there for years. Usually Dr. Kim is who we like to see We have seen the male Vet who works there too, we have always had excellent service. Dr. Kim is a good old country vet. She tells us what may be going on with our pets and does thorough exams and tests. So if you have complaints you should tell them. They are good people and they want to hear you if you think they could improve. Dr. Kim got up at 2am to care for our Manx who had an embedded harness in his skin. Been taking our cats there for years. We love the staff and especially Dr.Kim Houlding. She is very thorough with exams. She even treated our Manx at 10pm as he had an embesshed harness grown into his skin. She is an experienced Country Vet and reasonable in cost because she cares about all animals pets and agricultural farm animals. She tells you what she thinks may be wrong and suggests tests or X-Rays because she will heal your animals to the best of her ability no matter what. Please be aware of the state of care at the Story County Vet Clinic. My daughter took our dogs there today to have our chihuahua checked out as he has not been feeling well. My daughter called me when she left the clinic, in tears, because of the harsh way that she and our dogs were treated. The vet was extremely unpleasant to her and rough with the dogs. The vet never even looked at my dog's ears, when it was clear that he was brought there with a possible ear infection. We used to go there for years, does anyone know what ... read more

I love this vet. I have two cats that go to a different vet. I decided to bring my new puppy here just to try it out. I took my puppy in for a general exam and a sore on her back. They were very gentle with her. I was given antibiotics for her sore, and she was thoroughly examined. They clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, took her temp, and listened to her heart.
