Took my son to the ER in Jan. Got him right in and taken care of. Wonderful staff. Easy to pay my copay. Beautiful new facility. Only issue, hence 4 stars, is there is miscommunication within billing. I paid my bill, but then I got calls saying it wasn't paid. Something with not posting to the right account number. Hoping it's just a new system fluke they will fix quickly.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the paramedics who came to my brother's house and took care of my niece this past week. Thank you Vince and Doug. You were both so professional and caring, my brother couldn't say enough positive things about your help. May God bless you both. Your hospital is so lucky to have you. I believe my niece is alive because of the two of you. I have been a patient of Nevada medical center since '07 or '08. I have been very happy and appreciative of the expertise care I always recieve and I am thrilled beyond words for their ability to uphold and respect the HIPPA law. I will be a patient here for the remainder of my life! Food was good and the wellness department did a great job teaching CPR. Occupational therapy has helped my recovery tremendously. Thanks Nancy and Tara.
