I have never in 22 years had as much issues transferring my scripts. I called to have them move pharmacies and get a call back stating that they aren’t sending in my scripts and that we could discuss them in a visit. These people will find any test, excuse, or need to take your money for themselves. They sure will find something wrong with you and have you keep coming back just to make a quick buck with no recollection of the patients prior medical history or medical needs. Billing is outrageously out of control. If you ask questions you are treated rudely and it will take you over a year to have a question answered. Went thru this drill for my mother 2016 and bills were turned in for her for over a year AFTER she DIED. I JUST (9-19-2019) received notification a bill for my father has just been turned in to Medicare and his insurance from 7-11-2018! My dad DIED 10-26-18!!!!!!
From our experience the clinic cannot perform physicals. They charge insurance and then want to pass you on to other clinics. How can you trust them with more?

Last night Nevada Cubs played against West Marshall Trojans. During that game one of the Trojans players got hurt. Shane Higgins showed his dedication and character. He came out on the field to check out the Trojan player. Even though the Trojans and Cubs are big rivals. Thank you Shane!!!
I’ve been seeing Dr Check since 2004 and he’s very patient and takes the time to listen and address any issues.
Will not be going here anymore my girlfriend calls to ask a nurse a question and is very rude to her and not to mention we’ve taken my daughter towards the beginning of this year and said oh there is nothing wrong with her and about 4 hours later we’re in Boone for a check up and and she is admitted into the hospital with pneumonia worst service ever will never go back here maybe story county better find some new help!
