Called in to get information about a civil matter and the lady kept saying it’s not them sueing me, when I told her multiple times I know that but you have information that can help me through the process, she kept talking over me was very condescending and then hung up on me at the end. No one is required to be kind or professional it’s not illegal but it does make your government office look bad.
